Trade And Home Solutions Pty Ltd recently completed the safe removal of a large Tipuana tree for a residential client in Northcliff.

Tipuana trees are often considered problematic due to their massive size, aggressive root systems, and constant shedding of leaves, seed pods, and branches. Over time, their invasive roots can lift paving, crack driveways, damage foundations, and block underground pipes, creating ongoing maintenance challenges for homeowners.

Climber up a Tipuana tree using ropes to lower the cut branches

This project required experienced tree climbers using professional harnesses and rope systems to safely dismantle the tree section by section. Ground assistants coordinated the lowering and removal of branches to ensure the work was completed efficiently and without damage to surrounding property.

The successful removal of this invasive tree has created a safer, cleaner, and more manageable outdoor space for the homeowner while eliminating the risk of future root-related damage.
